Doydum is a subscription app, and Doydum Pro unlocks the whole app. This page explains how billing, renewal, cancelling and refunds work. Apple handles every payment, so most of these steps happen in your iPhone’s settings rather than in Doydum.
Plans and prices
- Doydum Pro comes as a monthly or a yearly plan.
- The price, in your local currency, is shown in the App Store and on Doydum’s plan screen before you confirm. Prices can differ by country and may include taxes.
- If an offer includes a trial, its length and what you’ll pay after it are shown before you confirm.
Billing through Apple
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Doydum never sees your card or payment details; Apple handles them. Your purchase also follows Apple’s own terms.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (a month or a year) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends, at the price at that time. If the price goes up, Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent.
Trials
Doydum may sometimes offer a trial. When it does, the App Store shows how long it lasts, when it ends and what you’ll pay afterwards, before you confirm. If you don’t want to be charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you like, Doydum can remind you on your iPhone two days before a trial ends; you choose this after you start, and you can turn it off in Settings.
How to cancel or change your plan
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Doydum and tap Cancel Subscription, or pick a different plan.
You can also get there from the App Store (tap your picture, then Subscriptions), or from Doydum: Settings → Subscription → Subscription help and management. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Restore purchases
New iPhone, or reinstalled Doydum? Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore purchases in Doydum’s Settings, under Subscription. The plan screen has a Restore button too. Nothing new is charged.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments, so Apple handles refunds too; we can’t issue them ourselves. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and choose the Doydum purchase. Apple decides on refunds under its own policies.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription
Deleting your Doydum account erases your data but doesn’t cancel your subscription, and Apple will keep renewing it. Cancel it first, as described above, and then delete your account.
